You can thank Lesblues for this - bloody skirt wearing, tight fisted, drunken, haggis eater ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

How hard is it to build a guitar from parts?
Anyone done it on here - I bet Mojo has
When I was looking for wiring looms for Lesblues I came across a Thinline Telecaster body and got to thinking
As a first project
Buy a finished body, a decent neck, a pre wired scratch plate and put it all together
You would have to be able to solder and do rudimentary woodwork.
I would have thought the biggest difficulty would be the fihish but if I buy a pre finished body
Any thoughts?

That's one beautiful guitar there, Happy Jack! Thanks for posting the step by step photos also. As a guy who has never opened up a guitar in his life, I find all this stuff very interesting! Congratulations! Thanks for that G Man I can't wait to get my hands on it

You not at work today Dudemeister? Unfortunately yes. Billy of the Hills I thought that Crazy Train may be of interest. You could cut a large hole in the back of your guitar for access................. Or find a very small handed electrician
