First, I want to say how much I like your videos. I've just spend the last couple hours watching different videos that you've put out, and I'm impressed and grateful.
I saw the video for simple man, which seemed like a song that may be a good one for a beginner (I'm very much a beginner) to play around with, and was interested in the finger picking you described. I couldn't seem to get it down after watching that video and the finger picking video. There was something missing.
I figured it out when I watched your kansas video. You explain in one part that you need to play the b & g at the end of the sequence. Everywhere else you describe play 2-5-4-6 or A-B-G-E, but in this one place I found the part that I could hear but couldn't identify. You are actually playing 2-5-4-6-5-4.
Maybe you do a finger picking 102, to help with us dense folks who can miss these things. I imagine it seemed obvious to you, and that's why you didn't mention it, but to me... did I mention I've only had one guitar lesson in my life... I was confused.
Please don't take this as a critical review, just a note for you to think about, and here in case someone else is confused.
