Probably best mate, I will put money down though that you get a thinline as opposed to a custom. What about a custom made thinline? Money down or are all bets off?

Well done mate. I hope it is as good you hope. I think you should bump your Schecter PT up to your mate in Edinburgh haha.
What colour/neck have you got the G&L?

It's here, it's nice.
First impressions are that it is sound wise like a Telecaster but less harsh and brittle. This could be due the semi-hollow nature of the body possibly?
The pick ups are much higher out put then a single coil on a telecaster and the guitar has pretty much it's own tone I suppose it sounds like a G&L ;D More sustain then a telecaster
Really nice neck not glossy like a fender more of a satin finish
No time for photos or to play it properly - training tonight
Don't get any ideas Lesblues or Mohi - Big scary dog is staying in and she loves uninvited strangers ........... she couldn't eat a full one though

You reckon you can run as fast carrying my gear as a pissed off German shepherd can run carrying Lesblues in her jaws? She would catch you before you got to the gate ;D ;D Wouldn't even be close ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

The more I play this the more I like it - the pick-ups are just a bit hotter then my Fender coils but bright and clear. The overall feel of the guitar is lovely, the neck isn't as thick as a Telecaster but very nice I f you are looking for a Telecaster / Stratocaster guitar in between MIM and MIA price range I would definitely try one of these babies

Have you no shame sir. Purchasing blatantly cool guitars and posting them on this forum. Might I suggest to you that GAS has gotten the better of you. Don't let this infirmity own your very fiber and being. Repent now and send this guitar to me immediately that you may be spared the tragic hours spent caressing those steely strings and hearing the fat twang of such an awesome instrument. Don't wait until it's too late....ACT NOW.....Oh the humanity!!!! PS. can you tell I need a tele, I borrowed one for about half of the recording.

I would repent and will repent but I don't believe in sharing my problems with other people - so you ain't getting Jack ;D As Mrs Jack said to Lesblues on Sunday "he could spend his morning on worse things like wild women, whiskey, drugs and gambling" but I don't do that sort of thing any more Everyone needs a Telecaster - these G&Ls are very versatile. Roll of the pick volume and roll up the treble and you have a proper tele twang, roll the volume up and the treble down and you are almost in P90 territory. You could probably get a second hand USA built one over the pond - rare as hens teeth in the UK (although one came up on Ebay the day I ordered mine) If it had the 5 way pick up selection and S1 switching of the Fender Baja it would be a double stunner
