Hello ! First of all, I wanted to thank Mojo for the great content and community he built around. I was learning guitar by myself, still do, and this website was the one to allow me feeling satisfied with my guitar. I have been following the avancement of this website for some time now, and I would like to submit you some requests No matter how hard I tried, I was unable to play Romeo And Juliet by Dire Straits, tutorials I found being really complicated and versions changing a lot from one another. The same goes for Tears in heaven from Eric Clapton. I was wondering if you could record a lesson of these songs, it would be really helpful, and, besides, they are really great songs to play next to a bonefire Also, I don't know if you have noticed, I guess you did, that the "simplified rock riffs" video is offline, I really used to like this video, it's a shame it is no more online ! Thanks in advance ! Anton Ps : I apologize for my English, greetings from France !

Salut Anton! Merci pour le message. You come here and start with Eric Clapton and Dire Straits on your first post, I'm going to like you That video is offline because the Eagles complained to YouTube and threatened to have my channel taken offline. Sad, but that's the reality of the world we live in. As for the two requests, they are great. I will look into them. A plus

must have missed that one mojo, what did they claim you had copied of theirs? I assume you didn't 'borrow' their entire song in a 'rock riffs' vid.

nope it was just a riff. I thought it was quite lame, and this coming from what used to be one of my favorite bands, too. It's like your big brother kicked you in the man junk in front of the girl you were trying to date, you know?

wth? I'm sure there are plenty of 'eagles lessons' on youtube using their entire song they could go after. More than likely tho it had nothing to do with the band and was the record company poking around for stuff to get annoyed at. Otherwise it's like "Wow the Eagles watched my video and thought it was good enough to get annoyed at. SWEET!" heh

That's'so disappointing coming from the eagles... Thanks for your fast answer and for your really good French I saw Knopfler 9 months ago in Paris, since then, even more than before, I can't stop practicing his songs, but the solos are tough and the finder picking quite challenging !
