We do all original material so I guess most people wouldn't know to be surprised. But we are billed as country and have at least two that get either great acceptance or looks of horror. Not much grey area. One kinda sounds like old AC/DC and the other sounds a little like SRV's version of Superstition. In the 80s though I played in a metal band that did rewrites of some funk songs. You Dropped the Bomb was pretty fun.

Our singer won't do Old Love cos "it's too slow". He got a big frown from me and the bass player Fantastic song.

there is a new song im loving to play at the moment on both electric and acoustic and it another brick in the wall by pink floyd i can play the whole song and im really over the moon about that because it involves mostly barre chords and some string muting ( right terminology ??) with the knife edge of your hand also its the first song ive been able to play and sing along with too (apart from love me do by the beatles ha ha ha ha )
