I came across this on one of my Google trawls. It is a program that slows down CD tracks, WAV and MP3 files without changing pitch You can also loop selected areas of songs to practice too. And (Lesblues) it is actually free! www.xs4all.nl/~mp2004/bp/A good practice tool

Thanks for posting it HJ! I put it on my older computer and it seems to work very well. Audacity has the same feature, but Audacity cannot work with music directly from a CD like this program can, plus this program is easier!

Yeah a great program - only drawback is a lack of a count in for looped sections and the inability to open other formats apart from wav and mp3 files - but hell it is free! Audacity will loop and slow down but this program is so easy to use and uses so little system resource

Audacity is cool for that, but the last time I tried to program, which was a few years ago, it was really buggy.
