Seth Lakeman - Hearts and Minds
It ain't blues and it isn't even guitar based - very talented guy seen him live a few times just brilliant.
I am a huge fan and this his new album doesn't disappoint - although this isn't him at his best. I feel he is getting a little more commercial

Sam Taylor - I Came From The Dirt MrBlues - one for you here he died in 2009 - will he be dead enough for you? That was only a year ago, so he qualifies as still being warm.

I'm back on Steely Dan's Aja. That one should be mandatory listening for every bassist and drummer in a band. Absolutely a brilliant work. Great writing, production, and playing. One of my all time favorites.

Me: Is that a Steely Dan recording?
My bassist Brother: No, the bastards are playing live.
