I own one of their guitars, an M-75. This isn't my one, but the same model and colour You've made me investigate and I didn't realise they have become rare. The gold tone pups are well regarded too. I think I'll start treating it a little better! I'm feeling somewhat guilty that I'm using it for slide! At least it's a dropped tuning and does mean less finger gunk on the frets
In my looking around I can't find anything about this particular amp. The logo looks very 'Fender' in style - Dearmond was owned by Fender from 1996 - but you're probably looking at something much earlier given the lack of info. I did find some 1960's / 70's amps produced by Dearmond, but not the same model, and what you have looks in very good condition to be that old. From what I've read, those were Tweed Deluxe or Champ like.
Do you have any other info? Tubes? Wattage? A photo of the back? Keen to hear what it sounds like
