Hey RK, you didn't tell me that the Lone Star State was such an "interesting" place: Texas Limousine. Have to say it looks like it could be quite a dangerous place. Even without the guns ;D The old ones are the best: Mexican Oysters A big Texan stopped at a local restaurant following a day roaming around in Mexico .. While sipping his tequila, he noticed a sizzling, scrumptious looking platter being served at the next table. Not only did it look good, the smell was wonderful. He asked the waiter, 'What is that you just served?' The waiter replied, 'Ah senor, you have excellent taste! Those are called Cojones de Toro, bull's testicles from the bull fight this morning. A delicacy!' The cowboy said, 'What the heck, bring me an order.' The waiter replied, 'I am so sorry senor. There is only one serving per day because there is only one bull fight each morning. If you come early and place your order, we will be sure to save you this delicacy.' The next morning, the cowboy returned, placed his order, and that evening was served the one and only special delicacy of the day. After a few bites, inspecting his platter, he called to the waiter and said, 'These are delicious, but they are much, much smaller than the ones I saw you serve yesterday.' The waiter shrugged his shoulders and replied, 'Si, Senor. Sometimes the bull wins. ;D ;D ;D

Thanks Les, I got a huge kick out of that. The guy is holding up a huge Western Diamond Back Rattler. I've killed a few out hunting before but nothing quite that size. When I lived in east Texas my neighbor across the road killed a Timber Rattler about that size. Truth be told, even garter snakes give me the creeps. The sink holes are probably from around the Gulf area. As per the bull in the car wash...you have no idea how much that doesn't shock me ;D, there are cattle like that all around my neighborhood. The three saddle horse...well.....I have no response for that. Cool Aggie stadium pic too. As per the joke. ROFLMBO, I WILL be telling that one tonight!!!! Thanks again Les, BTW, check your email in the next couple of days. There will be 10 downloads and a few pictures. Brad

I have some old friends that live in Texas and they are distinct. RK have you ever eaten Rattler? Being from Iowa we think we have some of the best beef around. I should send you some so you know what it is like hear in Iowa. The beef and pork might be the only redeeming factor. Phil

Yes, I have eaten rattler. Quite tasty really. I figured it was better for me to bite it than it to bite me. And yes sir, even in Texas the term corn fed Iowa beef makes the mouth water. mmmmmmboy.
