Six hours if I'm lucky. I sometimes play my guitar at night (through headphones) after my little boy goes to bed. When that happens, I loose track of time and end up sleeping about four hours. If I can do it, I'll make up for going to bed in the wee hours by sleeping until my son wakes up in the morning (sometimes noon).
6-8 here. Actually, you'll need more and more sleep as you get older. If you can't have much sleep, I suggest you go to bed and get up always on a certain hour , this way you'll only feel sleepy at THAT time that you usually go to bed. As for getting up, you'd feel great at the time and there wouldn't be any problems getting up Biological clock baby yeah This you probably already know, let it be a free consultation from medical student ;D HJ have your prostate checked.
