For those that have played with the 4 way switch mod on their Tele's - what do you prefer? Any reason NOT to do a 4 way?

I have a Classic Player Baja with 4 way / S1 switching. The guitar is very versatile indeed
Can't see any reason you shouldn't do it
The Fender Classic Player Baja has 4 way switch with additional S1 phase switching
Position 1. Bridge Position 2. Bridge and Neck (Parallel) Position 3. Neck Position 4. Neck and Bridge (Series)
Position 4 does give quite a bit more umph than normal position 2 on a tele and I must admit my favourite position is 3 or 4
Not sure that S1 switching brings much to the party really. There is a subtle variation in tone but whether this justifies the extra work is a personal choice
Phil maybe have some imput on this as he is building his own telecaster as you are aware

Thanks - I was just thinking that if I had to wire the thing anyway, why not do the 4 way and have the ability to do all of them if I so chose.
