I knew I should not have gone into the guitar store in the first place....I tried blaming you guys and your pictures, but my wife wasn't buying it. Played this little baby and couldn't resist. It's a Seagull Entourage acoustic electric. (Sorry for the mess - MoJo I ain't when it comes to photos. ) I think these are made by Godin.

I characterize it as balanced. It has crisp, light tone with great intonation throughout the entire range. It's a small bodied guitar and as such, does not have the volume of some acoustic boxes I have heard. With a solid cedar top, it should sound better with age - and it smells wonderful.

That is a sweet guitar - and you are right Seagull are part of Godin
I love the thin headstock on Seagull guitars - it makes them standout I think
Good GAS Dude, look after her

Lovely guitar. Have to say I'm rather envious of the Gibson too :-)

I like Seagull guitar. They have a great balanced tone. You should enjoy that one. Plus it gives you a great temporary fix for the GAS. How does it compare to your Epi Dove?

It has a little less volume and brightness - very balanced as you mentioned. Dang, my fingers are sore - having playing nothing but the LP for awhile, I had forgotten how tight these acoustic strings are.
