As I sit here alone in my living room, Robert Plant and New Sensation blaring out their collective genius from the television, I can't help but reflect on immense pool of phenomenal talent that has come out of the UK. The land which in fact my very ancestors inhabited until their own trek to the new world. (not to say that myself or any of my family should inhabit the subsequent listing). Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, The Animals, Kinks, John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers, The Stones, Zep, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, so many of my favorites and major influences over the years. The list seems almost infinite.........until now. The Goodies.......I'm speechless. My suggestion would be to crate them up and send them to south Louisiana and let the Cajuns deal with them. They say the swamps there go on and on forever. ;D

Just been watching some of the vids posted here for the first time.
1) I don't remember the Goodies being as bad as that. Either the recorded version was much better or I've just got old!
2) Van Halen - is he some sort of gay icon? You would expect his band mates to put him straight about his embarrasing gyrating. Unless they are all having a joke at his expense by telling him it's really rather cool. :-)

Really I had no idea. How perceptive of me Yes of course I knew David Lee Roth is the singer and Van Halen is the band

I dare not ask. Well just for you Roadking, whether you asked or not. Phil, you may be interested to know that the one with the glasses and side burns is a qualified medical Doctor. Something for him to fall back on once his superstardom had faded.
