You bet, I have already gotten Les's addy. Will be happy to send ya'll some CDs. It is pretty much red dirt kinda stuff but I'm fairly proud of the guitar work.

Yeah Dude - If you send it to Les and we can sort it between us - we supposed to be meeting up in May I forgot he had already asked about it

This very second I am listening to Odetta singing Jim Crowe Blues, on the soundtrack to Lightning in a bottle.

Lots of new tunes courtesy of HJ. I think he is trying to educate me. :-)

***update***-- this moment i am listening to Metallica, Wherever I May Roam-- I guess, I am a bit eclectic, and I like their old stuff despite my anti Lars Urlich feelings.

John McVey and The Stumble - Road House Stomp - pretty nice blues . From Texas I think Roadking tried to keep them to himself ;D

Just trying to get you away from The Goodies and all that old music you listen to by dead people - it isn't healthy This applies to me too (well, not the Goodies part)! With the exception of B.B. King, Buddy Guy, and Clapton, most of the Blues I like are by dead people. Having said that, I'll make an exception for John McVey! I really like his sound! Gotta go search for his stuff now. Thanks Happy Jack!

Nice find HJ. I dig the Tejano vibe he keeps running throughout the tune. Great video too. I used to buy gear from Ray Hennings Heart of Texas music store when I was down south. Billy Bobs is fairly close to where I live too. (Two of the sites from the vid) Sounds like pure Austin Texas jam.
