Here are some clips of me abusing my guitar and here are the excuses: The recordings were made using the video function on my digital camera so the picture and sound quality are not brilliant to start with. Then add my lack of guitar skills to the mix and this is what you get: BB King  Chuck Berry  Peter Green   rhythm  Rock and Roll  |

They aren't that bad at all mate.
Chuck Berry was pretty good.
Peter Green - nice bends in the main
Rhythm - yeah good timing was nice
Rock and Roll - good clean changes
Guitar sound nice and bluesy - I really don't think it warrants new pick ups you know
Get your hair cut ;D

Just tried that blues rhythm with the little pull sounds real cool on a strat ;D ;D - never heard it played quite like that is a Lesblues embellishment? It's nice dudester
Have you got a lesson for Johnny B Goode or did you do it off tab?

One day my fingers just went off and did their own thing  I had a link to an online vid of the intro and just messed around with it from there. |

Must admit I find it nerve racking recording these clips. It's like everyone is actually in the room with me  Certainly makes me appreciate how professional Mojo is in his vids. I finally was able to see your B.B. King, Chuck Berry, and one of your Peter Green videos. You're doing great! I really like your tone! Are you using your new Vox amp? I have to hand it to you for doing the whole video thing. If I ever post anything of mine on here, it will just be soundclips. I don't have the guts to make a full video! Thanks for the Karma man! ;D

Thanks for the Karma man! ;D Thanks Gasman. Yes that's the new amp, set on 1/4 watt with volume and tone also only on 1/4 setting (already too loud for Mrs Blues). I would have preferred soundclips only to be honest but there is no line out on the amp and I only have a computer mic which is rubbish for recording the amp. Looking forward to hearing from you, hey if I can do it anyone can! |
