Could you rate the videos by difficulty? Maybe include a few very simple songs (children's or folk?)
I suffer from a total lack of talent that I am determined to overcome through shear effort.
I love the site.

Hi everyone, I'm new to using forums, just want to first say three chord guitar is the best. Mojo's videos helped me learn guitar so much better than anyone elses videos. Was wonderin if somene could help me out on the intro to Layla. It was a litle hard to understand on the video. The rest of it I understand fine, it's just at the end of the intro I'm struggling with.

Hello Folks I'm new here and I'm kind of "bouncing off the walls". I'm a Waylon fan and would love to get some help with Best Friends Of Mine (Buddy Holly fan also) Thanks Vince

Yo Mojo! So happy to log in to the forum. After having a guitar for a while now, and getting discouraged time and time again, I've been handed an awesome new chance at learning...you dude.
Your vids are so helpful, and fun, they all but beg a person to spend just a few more minutes playing... I'll look forward to reading and posting here. Thanks again for making practice, fun.
Cheers! ;D

Hi all, I am a late in life starter. I've always loved acoustic guitar, but never had the time or guitar to learn. For Christmas, my bf bought me a Fender guitar and I have been slowly learning chords and parts to songs. I learn best by watching videos that show me the strum pattern as well as the chords. I would like to say thank you Mojo for sharing your knowledge with us. I was on YouTube searching for acoustic lessons and came across one of your videos. Your videos have helped me like no other. Then I find that you have a website and a forum too! Thanks for all you do Mojo!

Hello from Rockville, Maryland; I enjoy your videos on threechordguitar, and as a new player need to ask the strum pattern on the Simple Man video. Love that one, thanks

Hello from Rockville, Maryland; I enjoy your videos on threechordguitar, and as a new player need to ask the strum pattern on the Simple Man video. Love that one, thanks Welcome! I love that song also. The pattern I use is Down, Down Up Down Up (next chord) Down, Down Up Down Up (next chord) Down,... If you watch the video closely, Mojo uses this pattern, plus he seems to add a few strums during each Am, after the initial Am C G chord progression. Try it and experiment with it, get the feel for it and add strums where you think they sound right. You'll get it eventually. I hope this helps!

Hi Guys, It has been a while since I was last on. 3 knee surgeries over the last 1 1/2 years have taken my mind off music. But I am back to 90% and playing and writing again. Nice to read the posts again. Phil
